We're Constitution State Services, a third-party administrator for workers compensation claims, general liability claims, commercial auto claims and property claims. Headquartered in Hartford, Connecticut, we're a subsidiary of The Travelers Companies, Inc. and have been providing claim management and risk control services for over 40 years.
